Buyers may cancel their orders unconditionally and request a full refund within 24 hours of successfully placing an order.

However, if more than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed and the order has already been shipped, we CANNOT approve the refund request until the buyer receives the goods and returns them in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
