What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong items when I open the package?
First off, our apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to service@luvrena.com. Our Customer Happiness Team will be happy to help resolve this for you!
Since certain types of product are made from natural meaterial that have irregular shapes, therefore please be aware that we do not accept return or exchange under this circumstance. Should you have any concerns or questions, please contact us via email.
