What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong items when I open the package?
Our apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to support@luvrena.com. Our Customer Happiness Team will be happy to help resolve this for you!
Due to the nature of certain products made from natural materials with irregular shapes, we regret to inform you that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted under these circumstances. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to us via email.
Where do you ship to?
We offer shipping to most countries and you have the option to select your shipping country and currency. The currency you choose will automatically be converted from USD into your local currency, and all rules and regulations will be based on the USD dollar.

What is the estimated delivery time for shipping?
Our estimated delivery time for all US/Canada orders is approximately 10-16 business days, while for all international orders, it is approximately 10-18 business days. You can find more details regarding our shipping policy on our website. Please note that orders are shipped on business days, including Saturdays, and are processed within 48 hours of purchase.

How much is the return shipping fee?
Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded for approved returns, and any customs duties or taxes incurred due to shipping are the customer's obligation to pay in advance.
What is the return policy?
We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. That is why we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 3 days of receiving the product.
To initiate a return, simply send an email to support@luvrena.com with your return order number and the reason for the return.
Please note that the product must be in the same condition as when it was received and must be returned with its original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct corresponding fees from the refund amount if the packaging is missing or damaged or the product has been used.
For a quicker return process, kindly include a note inside the return package with your full name and order number.
Please bear in mind that customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with the return. If we reimburse you for the shipping costs associated with the return, we will deduct the amount from the refund.
**All gift cards items are final sale, are non-returnable.

When will I receive my refund?
A refund will be return to your original payment method.You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Mistakenly returned the wrong item!
Please ensure to send back the correct and complete item(s) for your return. Due to logistics and customs restrictions, we cannot reship or store non-Luvrena items mistakenly sent as returns.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
Our jewelry is durable and long-lasting. Most of our jewelry is crafted from sustainable and timeless recycled metals, and with proper care, it can endure for many years.
To ensure the longevity of your jewelry (including gold-plated and gold-filled pieces), we recommend avoiding water exposure when not being worn, keeping it as dry as possible, and minimizing contact with sweat and scratches. This will help prolong its lifespan while maintaining its color and shine.
