What is your return policy?
We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. That is why we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 3 days of receiving the product.
Please note that the product must be in the same condition as when it was received and must be returned with its original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct corresponding fees from the refund amount if the packaging is missing or damaged or the product has been used.
We ONLY allow returns and exchanges for products that are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Wrong item sent
Additionally, any jewelry items that are returned must be: In their original packaging and unworn. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your package.
How much is the return shipping fee?
Kindly note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refundable amount. For orders shipped outside of Germany, Australia, Canada, UK, and US, it is possible that additional duties and taxes may be incurred. Please be aware that you are responsible for the payment of these fees, and unfortunately, we are unable to waive or refund them, even in the event of a returned order.
Please note that the return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility to bear. We kindly ask you to arrange and cover the costs associated with returning the product to us.
How to return my order?
- To initiate a return, simply send us an email at support@luvrena.com with your return order number and the reason for the return.
- For a quicker return process, kindly include a note inside the return package with your full name and order number.
- Please bear in mind that customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with the return. If we reimburse you for the shipping costs associated with the return, we will deduct the amount from the refund.
**All gift cards and sales items are final sale, are non-returnable and non-exchangable.
